George
is one of the world's top business people. The son
of an electrical engineer, he studied Maths &
Physics and completed his PhD before working
as an engineer in New York. Returning to Scotland he
worked in the oil industry and was then proud to
successfully lead the Scottish Development Agency.
He later became CEO of Royal Bank of Scotland and
played a key roll in turning it into arguably
Scotland's top company

Stuart
is without doubt one of Scotland's most talented presenters.
He is also one of the most popular
thanks largely to his Radio Scotland football programme
Off The Ball, co-hosted
with Tam Cowan. However, there is much more to
Stuart than witty football chat. He is also a
highly successful TV executive who has for many years
been a member of the senior management at Channel 4.

Fiona
Mathers
Acting |

Many
youngsters would love to follow a career in acting
but very few achieve this ambition. Now
known as Fletcher Mathers, Fiona has gone on to
enjoy a successful career both on stage
and screen. She has performed in a very wide range
of productions in theatres throughout Britain. Fiona
has also played roles in Taggart, Dr
Finlay and other TV shows. (more)

Andy
Gray

Andy is one of Scotland's best-known actors having
appeared in both comic and straight roles in many
popular TV shows such as City Lights,
Naked Video, Taggart and 2,000 Acres
of Skye. He is also at home in front of a
theatre audience and is much loved by many Scots for
his regular appearances in pantomime. Andy is also
a successful comedy writer. |

Annand

David
is a sculptor whose work is admired throughout
Scotland and beyond. It includes important pieces of
public art such as the statue of the poet Robert
Fergusson on Edinburgh's Royal Mile. David is also
extremely versatile with a portfolio covering topics
as diverse as animals, poetry, portraits and motor
sport. His website is well worth a visit by any

Fred
MacAulay
Comedy |
|
Fred is one of Britain's top comedians. He regularly
appears on TV and radio where his quick witted
delivery has made him popular with people of all
ages. Fred also appears on stage and is known as a
great after-dinner speaker. When he left
school Fred took a degree in accountancy at Dundee
University. He first tried stand-up comedy at
the age of 31! |
