Sir Fred Goodwin
is Group Chief Executive of the
Royal

He was previously
CEO of Clydesdale Bank PLC and also CEO of Yorkshire Bank PLC.
Before this, he was a Partner in the major
accountancy firm Touche Ross.
From 1985 to 1987 Fred led a team working on major
changes at Rosyth Royal Dockyard. In 1990, he was appointed by HM
Government to act as an executive director of the

Sir Fred's previous experience has extended across a broad
